Arrival Pick Up Instructions:  After completing the customs department of the Kingston International Airport, make your way to the arrivals exit area. Once outside your driver will have a “Jamaica Quest Tours” signage. Departure Pickup Instruction:  Your driver will be waiting for you outside the lobby area of your hotel at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time. The driver will wait for you up to 10 minutes from your scheduled pickup time. If you are uncontactable after the waiting time, it will be considered a ‘no show’. The driver will leave and no refund will be issued.
