Booking Confirmation:
♦ You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours after booking

Arrival Pick Up Instructions:  After completing the customs department of the Kingston International Airport, make your way to the arrivals exit area. Once outside your driver will have a “Jamaica Quest Tours” signage. Please identify yourself and he will escort you to your awaiting vehicle for transport. Please ensure you present a hard copy of your confirmation voucher to the driver upon pick-up.

Departure Pickup Instruction:  Your driver will be waiting for you outside the lobby area of your hotel at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time. The driver will wait for you up to 10 minutes from your scheduled pick-up time. If you are uncontactable after the waiting time, it will be considered a ‘no show’. The driver will leave and no refund will be issued.

    Our group utilized this service three times so far and they haven’t disappointed me. There were ten of us travelling with large suitcases and several smaller bags, so we had a van each time. Our driver Val was always there on time and very professional. We strongly recommend this company and request Val as your driver. You’ll have so much fun!
